The staffing/schedulers at this agency are rude and unprofessional the way they treat their employees are horrible. They lie to clients about coverage and never taking accountability. If you are looking to use them to care for a family member keep looking they don’t care about nothing but a check.

This agency cared for my grandmother and I feel as if they ultimately unalived her. The aides they sent out didn’t do their job at all they come into your home and get straight on their phones. My mom was calling them to tell them to not send certain aides and they would still send them and not the aides they requested. Wish I had recognized the situation for it was too late.

The staffing coordinators are very disrespectful, I entrusted them to send out proper care for my mom and ultimately they sent aide that were under trained. I would have never used this agency and I don’t suggest anyone to trust them. They treat the staff horribly. I would’ve rated them a zero but one is as low as you can go!

The administratives Chanell Smith & Jasmine McCormick are very rude very unprofessional. They lie to clients blaming the caregivers by saying they’re running late but in reality they never had coverage for the client. Consistently send undertrained aides to clients and don’t care about the clients needs long as the case is covered. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to care for my animals more so a loved one.
