So happy to have found a company that makes sure the caregivers it sends out have the attributes needed to take care of older ones especially now that my husband has dementia. After I signed with this company, our in-home aide was assigned to my husband for his care. She was fairly new to aide care functions but has learned well what is needed for my husband’s care. She works well with altering her schedule for my husband’s appointments.
