Interim healthcare has been absolutely amazing. Katriana was one of the first people I had met, and she is an earthly angel. I have a daily caregiver but katriana comes to see me every Monday even with her busy office schedule. Interim has helped me after a horrible experience with another homecare company. My parents have had special extended family care for almost 2 years. When I say family care its becuse of the care thats given. Honorable, sympathetic, CARRING.
I was caring for my mother (has some impairment issues) the day after a major surgery and got a call about a tragic death in the family. I had planned to help my mother for 2 weeks, but suddenly needed to leave immediately. Interim Healthcare was able to start working with my mom within hours of me calling them. Hallie and the team at Interim have been very helpful in caring for my mother. We needed help with relatively short notice, and they were able to staff quickly and reliably. Staff members are consistently kind and caring and detail-oriented. Management is also very responsive when I have questions. Highly recommend!
I worked there for a year and I just recently quit due to management and their lack of communication. I had a set schedule for a whole month then suddenly without warning they erased my schedule and gave my hours away to others. All without telling me why especially after I had asked two different managers two times, they never got back to me or completely ignored my question.
