Was told by an agent that family home caregivers for those with dementia diagnosis patients could qualify for 16, four hour respite visits annually. Just terrible customer service regarding what's available. It's obvious they treat the home healthcare industry like a sales game. Even if you would qualify for services at little or no cost through insurance they want you to be ready to pay fees before even answering your questions about what's offered. I am giving this company a one star due to their scheduling process. I found it unmanageable and unreasonable in that they are unable to schedule visits on a fixed basis. Instead, they prefer to call the night before hoping you can accommodate them. This means their expectation is that you sit around five days per week just waiting for them to call. As a busy caretaker, this makes for an impossible situation to plan any doctor’s visits or appointments in advance. With that said, the staff that came out were very good.

In the care field it is almost overwhelming to work for a company that shows care to its care takers especially in our unprecedented times if your serious about care taking managing relationships with various facilities this is the job for you and the staff to help you with it
