The office manager is the main problem. On numerous occasions she has lied to me about a caretaker not coming when it was know they would be out for over a week. Would state things that she claims were in their package that is given but where not in them. The care takers are some of the best but the office is so unprofessional.
I cannot describe how wonderful and helpful Xee has been for my healthcare. She goes well beyond just doing her job! She really cares for those she helps and it shows! I think her diligence is really making a difference in my improvement.
Hi, if I could give more then five stars, that I would do!! This place is amazing! My Mom’s nurse Joann was magnificent with my Mom. So carrying and loving to my Mom through this very difficult time. The PT Rebecca was so caring with my Mom too, she got my Mom walking quickly and never gave up, she and Joann are just both dolls. Everyone else we came in contact with was delightful also. What a perfect team they have there! Thank you!
They were helpful in our fathers needed 24 hours care, as our family faced the painful reality of homecare or an assistant living facility. The workers were professional and flexible in scheduling PCA home care. Price was expensive but reliable, knowledgeable on elder care and dependable. I would say average for a licensed health care provider in the Fresno area. June 2018.
