Rating 2 stars as a former employee. I use to love working for this agency because everyone appeared to be wonderful when I first started in 2023 although they underpaid. However, I’ve seen a huge change when I was injured on the job, instead of this agency sending me through workman’s comp they found a “better idea” to send someone to swipe a personal credit card at patient first on my behalf. Thank God for this wonderful agency run by Ms Sanchez. Without them I would never be able to manage Mom at home,work and care for my 4 children. Please, if you need care for a loved one, Interim is who you should choose. I've been through 3 companies prior to them.
