I was with interim almost 3 years. They allowed so many no call no shows with me I am terrified of not having help when I need it. I would love the people allowing no call no shows to let pee sit on them 12 hours at a time like they allowed to happen to their patients.

My husband was a client for a few weeks then all of a sudden the nurse wasn't calling and they were lying about the nurse coming and also they don't know what they are talking about. Don't have interim as your home care! The nurses don't know how to do stuff like putting in a superpubic catheter. My husband has that kind of catheter and he needed it changed yesterday and his nurse must of inserted it wrong and he had to go to the hospital to get it inserted it in right. My mother was in the hospital in critical care. When she was released, an order was placed with Interim Healthcare for home care for her. They never contacted us. I worked with the hospital to see what happened. The hospital advocate called them and they said they could not find the order. It was resent to them. While in week 2 of release, we still had not heard from them. The hospital advocate placed 2 more calls. We are at week 3 and we still have not heard from them.
