I just had total knee replacement on 11/10/2025 and was referred for Home Health Services. I must state that most everyone that came out to assist me was amazing. Five Star Service. Second full knee replacement this year. Was assigned to IHoC for out patient care on the second knee. My home care PT listened to my concerns. He acknowledged and validated my thoughts and gave valuable practical and thorough feedback. Evan Jones was kind and encouraging throughout my treatment. First I would like to thank Gabby Groff .. She is the ultimate professional that any company would love to have .. she's so positive in her nature and has a inborn trait that can't be bought or taught in college . I work with Gabby for 5 months thru a hip replacement and a knee replacement surgery and can walk without pain again . That said PT THERAPY from Gabby is only 18 to 20 percent of the process..you must listen and do your exercises minimum 2 times a day and even better 3 times a day .. you must walk and stretch your ... read more

I had total knee replacement 3 weeks ago. Mitch was my at home therapist and I can't say enough about him!! He was professional, kind, supportive, punctual and effective. He knows his stuff!! Thank you Mitch for getting me to where I am today! Much appreciated!!! You are 5 STARS!

I was fortunate to work with Evan for my therapy after total hip replacement. AWESOME is the first thing that comes to mind. He got me on the road to a great recovery. Keisha and Robert were awesome nurses.
