Evan worked with me post-op total knee replacement for three weeks before I shifted to outpatient. On December 13, 2024, I received a total hip replacement. I saw my nurse, Tina, and physical therapist, Gabbie, the day after returning home. Tina and Gabbie provided me with excellent care and encouragement. Their communication in setting up visits was timely and both arrived when they said they would. Tina and Gabbie each took the time to explain the process and purpose of every visit while caring for me on a professional level yet making it feel personal! Office staff is non-existent. They don’t answer, don’t return calls or emails. My wife’s first nurse Maurine was great and Joe, her PT is great too. The office is horrible and they missed a schedule appointment to remove the aqua seal. We tried calling to find out when they are coming, no answer or call back. HORRIBLE patient experience!
