Feeling very frustrated that I've left emails in 3 different places related to augusta's interim Healthcare, and called no less than 40 times in the last 3 weeks after being told I'd be personally called by 4 different people and not hearing anything and then calling the office repeatedly without any way to leave a voicemail. I'm waiting on desperately needed respite care and I'm absolutely exhausted by this experience. I would love to move to another facility but I have no clue what kind of limbo my daughter's health record... read more
The staff at Interim HealthCare of Augusta are the most caring, helpful, compassionate group! They helped me with and still helping me with resources for my mom! Jessica and Luke and Felicia are amazing!

I love this company they are caring compassionate they will give you 110% I’ve never meet a company that is so Dedicated to their paitents and caregivers if you need compassion on time care this is the place for you💚
This company doesn't deserve a single star. The manager and staff were unprofessional and the caregivers were as well. The lies that the caregivers and staff told were downright awful and I hope that they will conduct better business in the future when it comes to patient care. They didn't care about me or my needs of care. They were beyond horrible.
