This company is horrible! They charge an obscene amount of money for their services & then leave you when you need help the most. I tried to set up a payment plan for my care & they refused & cancelled me in the middle of a shift! I'm on a fixed income & my care ended up lasting longer than expected after my surgery. Now they left me without help. Isn't it so nice to leave a disabled person without care? Then they sent useless caregivers that didn't do anything but talk on their cell phones.
