PARK FIRST and then walk to the shipping office by dock 5. Fast and friendly staff. Checked in as soon as they opened (8:30 am) for an 11 am appointment and was assigned a dock right away. Drop the trailer at the assigned dock and bobtail out, you will receive a call when they are done loading. Loading only took an hour. No restrooms or vending machines available to drivers. Side street parking is limited, you can probably fit 5 trucks if everyone parks like a normal person.
