We received a phone call at 2:30 am from the Missouri based company regarding an incident with a store my roommate works at. We did not mind the need to call. What we did mind was that they did NOT care that they woke us up at that hour (2 hour time difference). They did NOT attempt to reach the manager first--they called a regular employee.
