The absolute best place to take my Honda. The staff are friendly and honest. And in times of emergencies, they will go out of their way to take you in and resolve the problem. Was taking my van to Jiffy Lube and they would always try and say all kinds of things need to be replaced like the belts and other stuff. Took Van in yesterday to this place and all I needed was an oil change. Never again will I go back to Jiffy Lube or any of those cheap oil places as they are so dishonest. Very honest! I think they are great. Recently took my Honda by totally expecting to replace my brakes. My brakes were fine just needed an adjustment. Friendly, honest service. Will definitely use them in the future.
After so many annoying experiences at the local Honda dealer, Intercoastal Honda is where I take my car now. I've been going there a couple years, so this review is a bit overdue...but here it is: Service is quick, thorough and thoughtful. The owner JP keeps me informed and aware of all options, and the price is always reasonable. This is where I will be taking all my Honda business...at least until I buy a new one and have to endure the dealer service for a few years. Thanks!
JP was very thorough on the transmission swap from automatic to manual on my 1990 Honda CRX. It's the first time using them and I'm very satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone that has a Honda or Acura.
I'm not one to take my car to a mechanic. I'm more of a do it myself kinda person. But when I was having trouble diagnosing my Honda dying when driving issue, I handed it over to them! They were super fast and friendly in letting me know the status of what was happening and I am very pleased with my first ever mechanic experience! Would highly recommend if your Honda or Acura is giving you trouble. Thanks for your help!!
A rare find!!! Kelly & JP offer excellent customer service and definitely earn your trust! JP takes the time to explain in detail not only the problem, but the optimal solution that is cost efficient. I am SO happy I found somewhere reliable to take my Honda, and I actually look forward to seeing them : )
