I contacted their office for a property, and they said that a broker named LOU GROSSI would call me back, but there was literally no reply from him. After four days, out of frustration, I asked if they could share his number directly. I called him, and of course, he never picked up the call either. It has been over one year now since we got the possession of our house. Our Realtor was working with this firm during our closing and left later. This brokerage has not paid out his commission till date and I wonder if there is any way to report this delay. When I or the realtor tries to follow up, they mention that the builder has no paid it. If you want 3rd tier service that reminds you of the third world, this is the place for you. The Broker Lou Grossi only puts his name on listings and disspears. He is rude and obnoxious. Had the misfortune of dealing with a junior named Jordana who is no better than her boss, we found her rude and incompetent. Stay away!
Extremely unprofessional office and staff. The Broker of Record does not return calls and the few sales staff that follow up suddenly disappear and don't respond.
