If you want 3rd tier service that reminds you of the third world, this is the place for you. The Broker Lou Grossi only puts his name on listings and disspears. He is rude and obnoxious. Had the misfortune of dealing with a junior named Jordana who is no better than her boss, we found her rude and incompetent. Stay away!
Extremely unprofessional office and staff. The Broker of Record does not return calls and the few sales staff that follow up suddenly disappear and don't respond.
One of their agents backed out of our contract to buy his own home on closing day. Leaving us high and dry for somewhere to live. Not very professional for a real estate agent.
