The initial survey of the work was great, and everybody was friendly,. However once the work was started, the workers that came had no professionalism. I was asking if the DHW Navien unit they were installing was a combi unit , and the gentleman installing it was getting annoyed that I was even asking him. He kept brushing me off and just answering “yes” to get me to leave. After the work was completed I asked how to set up the unit’s boiler function, and he told me this unit was incapable of doing so.
