great place to load out from but you need to make sure you weigh your load always over weight on trailer they don't pinwheel the product like they need too
Its ok I guess .....I havent purchased any of Thier products but I just picked up a 2 stop load from the Carrollton TX dc headed back to Georgia with stops in Marietta and Lawrenceville the staff at Carrollton were friendly and efficient its been along time since I was able to get loaded and back on the road that quick was a little slow getting started but thats to be expected at any distribution center
They have great quality materials, great pricing and the best customer service in the business. Plano or Dallas are the go to stores for Details Tile

Been to 2 different showrooms to look at tile one in Ft. Worth one in Plano. Bad customer service one I could not even get any help the other one was very rude and unhelpful.
