I find the Doctors I have interacted with to be excellent listeners, and willing to address the health concerns I describe. The waits are sometimes very long.
I have been a patient here for 15 years. I was in the hospital and needed follow up with my established doctor. I cannot get an appt for at least 6 weeks and cannot schedule an appt. until the calendar opens up next week. Too busy. Not enough doctors. This has been an ongoing issue and only getting worse. THIS FACILITY needs to be investigated by Medicaid. They Mess up appointments ALL the time. You "make an appointment for your children and it has been made months in advance and then two days before the appointment the facility INFORMS YOU IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED". The facility has doctors who "run their own practices" and then they work @ intercare part time..."DAMAGE your teeth and Medicaid doesn't cover it"...NO PROBLEM JUST SEE THE CERTIFIED DOCTOR WHO MESSED YOUR TEETH UP AND PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET THIS TIME" THE ATTITUDE... read more
Stay away. I just went there a couple days ago. The doctor (Helen Kim) tried to extract my tooth, but gave up on the job halfway through, and referred me instead to a clinic up north, to finish the extraction. That clinic is booked up a month in advance. So for a month I'm going to be on a liquid diet and pain pills. You would have better luck with any of the other local free dental clinics, or else just a string tied to a doorknob.
