Was going on an extended vacation from 17 Nov 2021 to Jan 6th 2022. 5 days before we left we kept getting false alarms. Rushed home to find nothing wrong. Called VIO the next day and complained. They said someone will get ahold of us 24 to 72 hours later. No one called. Went on vacation with system fully armed. The false alarms kept coming in from the same area, I checked all cameras and even had my brother-in-law enter our house a few times, no evidence of forced entry. My main complaint is My VIO System was insralled in January or February 2021. I have been promised yard signs and window stickers by 2 people from VIO and I am still waiting. I am still advertising for Northstar my previous company.
I purchased a home that already had services installed. Previous owner had called to transfer contact over since she still had 14 months left. I've called 5 times since October 4th. No call back from a representative that handles accounts. The system keeps going off I have no idea what any codes mean since I have no code guide. Today (1/14/22) I was finally transferred to someone that may be able to help. She was very nice at first. She told me that the services could not be transferred over that I would need to start my own... read more
