If I could leave 0 stars I would. The cleaning was great, however the Customer Service, communication, and response time when an issue arose, was AWFUL. They will only communicate through text message, take over a day to respond to voicemail, and no one ever answers the phone. There was a miscommunication about whether or not to clean a second bedroom, and instead of asking me, they made the decision NOT to clean it and said it was to avoid damaging a laptop. Interact Cleaning provided a residential cleaning to my home. The team is professional, on time and pay attention to detail. They even cleaned my refrigerator for a small fee! Their deep cleaning in the kitchen is amazing! I felt I had a new home! Thank you Interact Cleaning!
