Excellent care. Very efficient staff in all matters.
I have never received better service and more compassion from a dentist and the entire office staff. I fear dentist and they prove there are wonderful ones that are there to help.

The staff members are extremely nice and capable. They thank you for choosing Griffins Smiles. The wait time has been minimal every time I've been there. They are conservative and I have never worried that they are suggesting a procedure I don't need. I have a lot of dental work in the past and this is the best practice I have ever been a patient of.
They make going to the dentist something to look forward to....
An outstanding dental service I would recommend to anyone. They are very alert to any discomfort and immediately responsive, if needed.
In terms of Dr. Griffin, she is fine. But the rotating hygenists the past few years are not ok.

I'm sorry you're unsatisfied with our level of care. I'm committed to providing the best care possible and that includes the members of my team. I had to make a hygiene team change due to continued oversight of disease and insufficient treatment. This is always difficult for our patients as well as our team. I don't understand the "rotating hygienists" as we have increased hours and opportunities for our patients to receive the best care possible.
