When I started going to ITS over 2 years ago, I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised on how welcoming the coaches and members were. I knew my athletic days were far behind me, but what is awesome about ITS and the coaches is they work with you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. My main goal when I started was to focus on mobility and flexibility. Now, I am happy to say that I feel stronger every day, thanks to the program and encouragement of all the coaches at ITS!!
There is not enough space to say how much I love this gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and patient. The other clients are supportive no matter where you are in your fitness journey. If you need to find a gym home this is it. I never leave feeling that I have wasted my time or could have spent my time better. This really is hands down the best!
I've been a member of ITS since 2013 and can't imagine where I would be today if I didn't walk through those doors. The coaches are super friendly, inspiring and knowledgeable about every aspect of fitness and health. If you're looking to make big or small changes, they're here to help! I love my gym, my friends and mentors I've met along the way.
I’ve enjoyed more than 300 workouts at Intensity Training Systems thanks to the dedicated trainers and great classes! I call my workout leaders and partners my Fitness Family. They made me feel right at home from my very first visit. ITS is generous with both fitness and nutritional advice.
