Love the atmosphere. Love the people. Love the coaches.
This place is awesome. I would highly recommend giving it a try. Everyone on the staff is incredibly nice and personable. They make a concerted effort to create a sense of community and make each client feel welcomed and valued. If you're female, I can almost guarantee you're going to love it. The only thing you should know that might not make it the place for you if you're male is that about 95% of the clientele consists of older females, and the workouts are geared toward that demographic. ITS Look no further than Intensity Training Systems where the facility is spotless, the coaches are genuine, incredibly knowledgeable & the other clients become like family. I LOVE my gym!
ITS is a great friendly environment. The coaches are phenomenal and everyone pushes each other to stay consistent with their workouts. Showing up is half the battle, let ITS help you see it through. You won’t regret it.
