I’ve been a member of the ITS Family for almost 3.5 years. Joining this gym has been the best decision I’ve made for myself and my health, both physical and mental. The coaches are outstanding and personable and they will accommodate you in whatever way you need. I’m so glad I made this investment and commitment to myself!
I have worked out at ITS for a total of 12 years. At other gyms, I often felt intimidated by the equipment—unsure how to use the machines, whether I was doing exercises correctly, or worried about being judged. I absolutely love this gym. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed into a friendly and supportive environment where everyone genuinely wants to see you succeed. The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in helping you reach your goals while keeping you accountable. I have been a member of ITS for more than 3 years. It’s been the most positive experience, for me, physically and mentally. I am 53 years old and I’m in better shape than when I was in my late 20s and early 30s. I constantly get compliments from my friends on the progress that I have made.
