After another plumber said they would come and didn't, Intense plumbers said they could come out the next day, and they were prompt on calling and coming to address our issue. It was a small job, as it was a drain that needed unclogged, but it was a clog that was further down and needed a professional to handle. Walt was clear on what the price would be for the service that was being provided, and was able to take care of it in a timely manner. After repeated calls I finally got through. I asked them to compete a simple job that was under a deadline. I was told that they went to the site and there would be no problem and the job would be completed. It was not. I never heard from them again after repeated texts and voicemails I finally had to call someone else to complete.
