I have had voicemail service w/ this company for 4 years. They double billed my account. When I contacted them about the billing they told me they would not bill me for the next month. I asked for a refund and they gave me some bull about not being able to post it back. I week later I called back in and closed my account. I was told I would receive a credit for the over billing.
