I was excluded pay for an Extra Space Storage shop because the Intelli-shop evaluators said I didn't follow guidelines. This is false. I have proof that it was done according to guidelines since the call was recorded. Intellishop and/or Extra Space Storage used me to complete a shop, then made up a loophole to get out of paying. This is shady. I've been with Intelli-shop since 2013 and never experienced anything like this.
My complaint is the same as all the others. No pay for excluded storage shop. I completed the on site portion, submitted the written portion and resubmitted corrections from 3/7 to 3/10. I then heard from the scheduler on 3/19 that my shop was excluded because I had not responded to their requests. I provided proof of my changes and submissions but the scheduler said my report sat from 3/10 to 3/19. Where the heck was the proofer and why were they not processing my report. This is so maddening.

They don't pay their employees in a timely fashion and fail to update previous employees if their email isn't registered for payment prior to getting paid. That means that it delays payment a month later. Not pleased.
This company has become a joke. I have been working for them for years. I was not paid for my last two shop. They are looking for any excuse not to pay. On one shop, I expended considerable money on my own. On the other, I expended considerable time. I have deactivated my account and will never work for them again. **** *********

Mr. ********* recently did a shop for one of our clients. Mr. *********** shop was excluded because the items to be mystery shopped were the wrong type of garments. We do not pay for excluded shops when the shopper guidelines are not ahered to.
This company is SCAM. I've done 2 mystery shops and no of them were reimbursed after I had to use my own money to pay for it and spend time evaluating and doing what they asked. This's ridiculous. There's not valid emails/phone number nothing is reachable, my coordinator ******* **** simply ignore all my emails. This's absurd and soo unprofessional. I've worked for other mystery shops before and I've never had this issue. This company should be shout down it's a joke and disrespect to honest people.
This company is a joke. I did nine jobs and they only paid me for 5. They will use ANY excuse not to pay you for the shop. (The picture is poor, the letters were capital instead of small, you talked about two things instead of one, blah blah blah. I spent $50 of my own money thinking I was going to get reimbursed. I never did. I work for different mystery shopping companies and I have never had this kind of problem before. These people ****
Do not work for them as a mystery shopper! I have done 71 shops for them over 5 years. Most recently they have not paid me for any of them. The last few were all the exact same situation. I took the time to do the assignment, even putting my own money out of several of them with the expectation I would be reimbursed. Then I took a serious amount of time to do the report.
