If you schedule with him he won’t be there on time and we he won’t give you a heads up either.
Apparently this guy has a habit of scamming customers of Home Warrenty companies. We are required to pay him a service fee, and I suppose the Warrenty company pays him additional money for a service call. My problem required that he come back and finish the work, which he never did. Its common in Texas for contractors to abandon a job once they get any money from customers. He talks a good game. Dont believe him! Plus, he didnt prescribe the best fix for the problem, so he doesnt know what he's doing.
stay away from this guy and Liberty home warranty. he was send by Liberty to take care of our AC. However he took our motor and no one can get a hold of him and no one is willing to take responsibility.
Was ghosted by Mark after Liberty Home Guard assigned him to our repair case. He assured us he could do the job and then he never got back to us.
Beware of this company and this useless guy!! Marc Sands (a handy man from Intellinett) did lot of mess up and left us in the pathetic situation. It caused lot of money for me to fix. Our family went through stressful situation because of him. He came through the home warranty company and did a great mess up in the bathroom fixture and ran away. He blocked our calls after sometime.
