Contacted Tony for an estimate. After scheduling conflicts finally had him out to go over the specific areas. Provided photos before hand. Stated estimate would come shortly. Never heard back, sent multiple follow up requests. 1 month of scheduling the estimate and now 2 months still nothing and ghosting emails. Terrible customer service. Avoid even contacting and try the next company
