Field rep was a no show / no call with insurance adjuster. Field rep had set up the appointment directly with the adjuster at a mutually agreed upon time. When I got ahold of him he was very combative and His reason for not showing or calling - he wasn't going to "waste his time" on me, a potential client, who had not returned a signed contract that he had emailed me less than 24 hours prior. Intelligent design took a huge project on for my mother in law. I had the privilege to help work hands on with them and there workers. They did a complete make over on her 4500 square foot house. once the project was completed the house literally sold four days later being on the market. We were extremely pleased with the out come. I have and will continue to recommend this company ever chance I get.
Intelligent Design Corp completed our roof after the hail storm in 2017. We had Ryan as a salesman and he helped us through the entire insurance process. IDC was very prompt in all their communication, worked fast, and made sure everything was perfect when they left. After their great work on our roof, I have sent many of my friends and family to them when they needed work done on their home. I will continue to recommend Intelligent Design Corp to everyone I speak with! Great company.
Intelligent Design built a huge deck for me this past spring! Everything about the deck is perfect and they finished in a very timely manner! Zero stress for me at a very fair price!
5 Stars great company with fast and friendly service. Huge shout out to Emmanuil for helping through the whole process of getting my roof replaced including meeting up with my insurance adjuster to show him the damaged areas. all in all they did a great job and I will definitely go through them again when I need work done.
I recently had my roof replaced and everything from my first contact with Kerry to the men that did the work, this company is the best and not only do I highly recommend them but will do business in the future for home improvement.

Crew did an excellent job very quickly on site. In at 8 am, out at 3:30 with full roof reshingling and cleanup.
