My unit was turned off as i did not need it at the time. it was an old unit with issues. the heater suddenly came on even though it was turned off at the switch. as a senior citizen with limited mobility, i could not do anything and was afraid of a possible fire, somehow i stumbled upon IAIR phone number, ********* was so understanding of my fear and had the serviceman out in 30 minutes. no charge, he made sure the unit was completely off, it was beyond repair.
