My car has sat in the shop for nearly 3 months for minor hail repairs. Shop ordered hood 3x original amount that wasnt yet approved by insurance nor myself then tried charging me for their mistake. Also tried charging me for decals not originally documented in estimate to insurance. Dealing with Ryan has been one of the more unprofessional experiences I have dealt with. StormWise did an awesome job fixing the hail damage on my car. From the first call, they started the claim with my insurance, waived my deductible, and kept me updated every week. They did miss a couple of scratches at first, but took it back and they touched it up right away, gave me a $50 gift card for the hassle, and even returned my car with a full tank of gas. Update: I definitely won’t be coming back because a staff member inappropriately contacted me after my car was taken care of. My car looks brand new after getting repaired! There was a miscommunication at first but Ryan diligently communicated with me and got my car fixed in a very timely manner which more than made up for it!
Had a great experience with stormwise . I’ve actually used stormwise for my hail repair , twice now and both experiences were awesome . Highly recommend stormwise hail shop to anyone needing hail repair on their vehicle . Hopefully, my car doesn’t get hit with hail again , but if so , I’ll be calling stormwise, like always !
