Ana Rodriguez at InteliSol made my day. Two weeks after buying a new Samsung computer, a factory defect caused the hinge and screen below it to snap when I attempted to open it. Samsung refused to cover it under the warranty because it was "physical damage." only in my case because it was in directed customer service...I should of driven down to TX and the scenario probably would of turned out much better
We took our computer to local Best Buy and were treated very badly. They were unprofessional and offered no service and was unwilling to even acknowledge our presence. We called distributor and got a file number and headed to Intilsol . They were very friendly and told us to go have lunch. When we got back all issues had been repaired. Good job, very professional �
