I had selected a website and a pop-up appeared from "Microsoft" that stated my computer had been locked and that it had a "Trojan Horse" virus, and that I should call them. I made a phone call, but it was to ITS and their technician called me within a few minutes. He accessed my computer and was able to delete the message. I am so grateful for ITS. I have every confidence in their staff members and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reputable company to assist their computer department.

Nolan arrived shortly after we called. He was dressed professionally and quite polite. He assessed the situation and assured my staff we’d be back online and printing soon. He diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. He checked all computer terminals and made sure all were printing. Once completed we thanked him for his great service. He’s a winner.
