Booked a ride from Pittsburgh Airport to downtown hotel. Easy to book and prompt confirmation. Ayman communicated with me when we landed so we would know where to find him. He was a great driver especially getting 5 people and luggage in the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of the area answering our questions and pointing out things of interest. Integrity transportation is in a class of its own. They came highly recommended to me from a colleague and they were spot on with their recommendation. I had a time-sensitive, unique situation and the owner Nick went above and beyond to accommodate us. Nick was extremely responsive, gave us very fair pricing, and was a great hang in transit for the event. He arrived early, in a spotless clean vehicle and saved the day. Highly recommend and will be the only transportation company I use moving forward.
