Excellent service start to finish. We used Integrity Transportation to take me, my husband and son around to the homes where my parents grew up and then to another location to meet my Aunt and Uncle for lunch. Nick was very nice and patient and made scheduling our unusual transportation a breeze. The car arrived early. It was very clean and comfortable and had water if we wanted. My husband and I had them pick us up after our wedding to transport us back to the hotel. Nick communicates in a short and sweet manner and gets right to the point. He always responds quickly and is very flexible. Fair prices and our driver was very nice and professional.
I was an out of town guest, so I needed as much guidance and patience as possible. Nick responded to all my inquiries within minutes, he was polite and very helpful, even when I changed my plans. Troy, my driver to and from my friends wedding, was professional, personable, and on time. The vehicle was beautifully kept clean, comfortable, and even stocked with a water for the 1hr drive.
