Cheap cheap cheap. Cut corners during the entire project, used the cheapest material. Yet still managed to rip me off. Overall worst electrical company I have ever done business with!
This company was referred to me by my contractor. The technician that showed up tried to get me to pay him to do work on his “lunch break” and requested I reimburse him for parts telling me he was “saving me money.” Then the technician claimed he worked more hours than he did and there were things billed on the original invoice that weren’t completed.
