Bad experience that caused hard feelings between buyers and me. Closing delayed and had to get movers last minute to finish my move because I was given last minute notice that the problem was solved. They did admit their error and they did cover the extra costs for the moving company storing my items 5 nights extra!! However, they were only willing to pay the extra fees if I took my previous review down. Pros: Discounted closing costs if using TTCU as a lender Cons: We had a bad experience in which we bought a property that we later found out had an outstanding utility debt (unpaid water bills). This information wasn’t searched/found by Integrity during the closing process. Use a title company that requires their employees to check with utility companies for outstanding debt.
