We recently purchased a home in Lakewood CA. We received the termite report which was conducted by Integrity Termite Company ( very ironic that their business name starts with something they lack) inspected by Sean Driscoll. On the report all items that were recommendations were completed by this company as part of our agreement to close escrow.
