Their machine broke 3 days before our scheduled install date for our kitchen counter. We didn't find out until we called to confirm the day before our install date. They were hoping to have it fixed in able to do our kitchen so they didn't call and tell us. The truth, they werent going to call. They fixed the machine 2 days later but instead of being in the order we expected, they decided to do the backlog of installs by location so we were last on the list.
