I had Integrity RV replace a slide out motor for my travel trailer and TJ was able to get it done in less than an hour. TJ was friendly, courteous and professional. He is very confident in what he does. I would highly recommend Integrity RV for any of your RV repairs.
My initial call was returned. Spoke with owner about a water heater issue. He gave me a price quote. Said he would call day before heading out. Week went by, so decided to call the following week. Called almost daily with no return calls. Not very good customer service. Would not recommend if this is how potential customers are treated. I had other work that is needed. But definitely won’t be calling this shop
Affordable same day service. Will definitely go back.
