Plumber not full of integrity – I had him come to check the shower heads. He could not fix it. While we were trying to figure out what options we would have, he complained and stated to let plumbers do their job! Since we originally wanted someone to work on other projects, we mentioned that we would want him to look at a few more items. Excellant Plumber – I had a clogged bath tub and slow kitchen sink. Made a call to Integrity Rooter and spoke to owner/operator Will. He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and was at my home within an hour on a Saturday! He was able to fix my problem and even charged me $20 less than his qoute becouse the job did not require it! This guy is good. Take it from me, a skeptical firefighter, you will not be disapointed! I know what your thinking, another review probably written by the plumber himself! Trust me I have nothing to gain by writting this review. I had a bathtub clogged, kitchen sink with a slow drain, and another bathroom sink that was plugged. I was sure it was going to cost me a fortune and the only resource I had was the yellow pages. clearing a bathroom sink drain – He ran a snake through my bathroom drain (P trap) and he unclogged it alright (now it's under my house) He put a "hole" in the "P" trap. When he smelled that sewer smell (just as he did and noted to me) he should have investigated further and crawled under the house first before he ran that snake. Then he would have realized this and ran the snake off a run out in the garage instead. This tells me that this man is not a real plumber. quoted me a reasonable $69 to unclog a bathroom sink drain. 10 minutes he was at my house like he said. less than 15mins. he's taken care of the problem and bam it's done!. excellent service and it's the owner/operator that come to you, not a worker!... highly recommended - Will (owner/operator) is good at what he does.
