Outstanding. Jeff Arnold went up on the roof with the insurance inspector and was a big part of getting the insurance to pay for the new roof. Roof was installed on time and they did not leave a mess. There was a minor delay due to materials, but Jeff keep me updated. I had other items to be repaired from the insurance due to hail damage and Jeff was able to hook me up with the contractors I need. Would highly recommend.
John Mayo was incredibly helpful. I had an appointment scheduled for an inspection in a few days when a major rainstorm hit. I called in the morning to say I couldn't wait and within 2 hours he was there, identified the problem, and fixed the leak on the spot. He couldn't have been any quicker or more helpful. A great experience.
I am very pleased with the new roof installed by Integrity Roofing and Painting. Jerry Fristoe explained the whole process, the contract and what would happen with the insurance company. Every step went smoothly and the new roof was installed in one day. I love the color. The roofers did not leave a mess or nails in the yard. I recommend Integrity Roofing and Painting to anyone who needs a new roof.
