Nice guy, knowledgeable and responsive. Expecting a good product.
Great experience with a full roof replacement from integrity. The project manager Greg was extremely nice and helpful as well as the whole crew. They worked extremely hard to make sure the project was done quickly and even came out during an unexpected rain storm in the middle of the project to make sure there were no leaks. Unrelated to the project performance, I was a bit disappointed in their help dealing with insurance. Update: I had my roof replaced a year ago. I like how my roof turned out, but there have been some ongoing customer service concerns, so I’m removing two stars. I feel like I have to reach out multiple times to get a response on when the contractors are coming to fix their mistake (not affixing the soffit correctly, not attaching the vent duct for the bathroom fan, rescheduling).
Greg has been great, but really the whole team from the start has been great. Happy with everything so far.
We had a great experience with Integrity Home Exteriors. We would recommend them to our friends and family with no hesitations. From the free inspection until the last day with the whole projected completed we felt cared for, and heard. Even after we decided on what we wanted, we were able to call and ask for a gutter guard to be added and it was a super easy addition to the process.
