I was very pleased with Integrity Roofers job on our home. It was a pleasure to meet Shay, he was very personable and professional, and gave me confidence that his company would do a proper job, at a fair price. His team showed up as planned, repaired our roof exactly as Shay had promised, and left the worksite clean. Very impressive!
Customer service is a joke. Once they got the payment, they stopped responding to emails and calls. Zero accountability.
Workers left a mess in my yard—nails, shingles, and garbage everywhere. I have pets and kids. Totally irresponsible and dangerous.
They promised a warranty, but when a problem came up, they claimed it 'didn’t apply' to the specific issue. Total scam.
