We have a flat roof that has been leaking for a while. As well, some of the wooden frames on the sides has rotted. The whole thing needed to be fixed. Shay took the time to assess the condition of the roof in detail, explain what needed to be done (and what more may need to be done after they removed the old roofing), and what it would cost.
