Customer service is a joke. Once they got the payment, they stopped responding to emails and calls. Zero accountability.
Workers left a mess in my yard—nails, shingles, and garbage everywhere. I have pets and kids. Totally irresponsible and dangerous.
They promised a warranty, but when a problem came up, they claimed it 'didn’t apply' to the specific issue. Total scam.
Roof started leaking again a month after they ‘fixed’ it. Called multiple times and got ghosted. Stay away.
Extremely rude foreman who refused to answer questions. Acted like we were bothering him on our own property.
