I worked at this company for eight years, but my experience with the new owner was deeply disappointing. Her leadership has been unprofessional and inconsistent, often showing favoritism toward certain individuals. Employee support is minimal, and there is a serious need for stronger management practices, improved leadership, and greater respect for staff. If I could, I would give zero stars.

Horrible service, lack of customer service and they are all terrible people with horrifying attitudes. Half of the workers slack off and the patients rooms get cleaned once every 3 weeks. Don't trust your loved ones with them.

You have felons working with these elderly and vulnerable people. You should be ashamed. They neglect all of the clients basic needs. Have some standards and INTEGRITY for your business. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.

I regret not listening to my gut when I saw the horrible reviews. Ended up quitting while I was still in my training period due to the bullying by ERICA DIXON while I was pregnant. When I told the manager above her she called be a liar. She refused to listen to a single thing I said. When I asked to me moved under a different manager they refused.
