Oh where to start... required a 2 year lease, asked if we would leave after 6 months. Asked if we would leave again a few months before lease ended. Seemingly to get us back for not voluntarily leaving, they withheld security deposit for normal wear and tear (which is illegal) as well as all kinds of made up reasons. After I sent a demand letter, they gave it back (so they clearly knew they didn't have a legal reason to withhold). Do not rent from them ! When we moved in the house was supposed to have been cleaned professionally , By Colorado Complete Cleaning. The house was not clean at all , we complained to Michell , but she took so long to get back to us we cleaned it ourselves. You can see other reviews with the same issue. Your lease says they will have the house cleaned and deduct from your Deposit. what they don't tell you is they will charge you 3x the normal rate for a cleaning of an empty house. Please rent somewhere else. We rented from Michele at our initial property. She will ignore you and not respond to you. Upon move out, we were charged $1,100 for carpet cleaning and $700 for cleaning. I keep an immaculate house, which she also acknowledged in an email after move out. We’re just over a month into our lease and have already had a terrible experience with our property manager, Michele. The home had multiple maintenance issues at move-in, was not clean, and the yard was overrun with weeds. A vendor was sent for the weeds but we later found out only the rock beds were treated. Several repairs have been delayed or denied entirely—like the A/C, which isn’t running efficiently. I had Integrity Realty & Management as my property manager for about 3 years with 2 different renters. Their service was lousy. They talk a good line, but they don't really do anything but collect their fees. My house was trashed, and I had to get a dumpster to get rid of all the junk and garbage that the lowlife renters left behind. I was contacted 3 different times by the Meadows Community Association for violations when our yard was not watered or mowed.
