"This property management company breached our contract by allowing unauthorized animals in my home without my knowledge or consent. This was a serious violation, as I had explicitly stated no pets due to allergies. When I raised concerns, they were dismissive and did not take responsibility. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest—if you’re looking for reliable property management, I’d strongly advise against using their services."

Awful. Not only was the service horrendous, work orders were never completed or bushed off for 10 months. Our agent, Amanda, was horrible. She did not communicate and required us to reach out several times to finally get a message back weeks later on several occasions. We received our security deposit back and they had charged $780 for cleaning when we had cleaned the house dilligently. This company took advantage of us as military out of town property property owners. They failed to provide oversight of the condition of our property and then charged us over $6,000 in repairs to the property upon tenant move out. There was also a leak from the kitchen that the tenant did not report and damaged the basement, no accountability held to the tenant or by the management company.
