As a renter, I DON’T RECOMMEND! It’s like pulling teeth to get an answer about anything. I had to pester over and over again about maintenance requests regarding a bunch of bird poop that needed to be removed on our patio. It took probably 2 months to get it taken care of. Called both listing agent and main number and left detailed voice mails but no one has returned the call after two days. Not impressed. For a home for sale listed by their agency and realtor. Can make two ends of the commission right?
Oh where to start... required a 2 year lease, asked if we would leave after 6 months. Asked if we would leave again a few months before lease ended. Seemingly to get us back for not voluntarily leaving, they withheld security deposit for normal wear and tear (which is illegal) as well as all kinds of made up reasons. After I sent a demand letter, they gave it back (so they clearly knew they didn't have a legal reason to withhold). Do not rent from them ! When we moved in the house was supposed to have been cleaned professionally , By Colorado Complete Cleaning. The house was not clean at all , we complained to Michell , but she took so long to get back to us we cleaned it ourselves. You can see other reviews with the same issue. Your lease says they will have the house cleaned and deduct from your Deposit. what they don't tell you is they will charge you 3x the normal rate for a cleaning of an empty house. Please rent somewhere else. We rented from Michele at our initial property. She will ignore you and not respond to you. Upon move out, we were charged $1,100 for carpet cleaning and $700 for cleaning. I keep an immaculate house, which she also acknowledged in an email after move out. We requested an itemized bill and she ignored our request. The house was not professionally cleaned prior to our move in either.
