Zero stars. I cannot, for the life of me understand why our HOA, or any HOA for that matter utilizes IPM Florida. The single most unprofessional management company I've ever encountered. Completely non-responsive. Rude, disrespectful, and non-caring yet HOA Boards stay with this management company. What is going on, someone getting paid? I remember Integrity became the property managers of the apartment building for my unit. Integrity upgraded the landscape, painted the building and upgraded the washer machine. Visits were communicated clearly, posted on my door, and over the phone timely. When I call to report a maintenance or appliance request, Integrity answers and makes appointments with pros. I called and the A/C repairman arrived on the same day to fix my unit’s A/C. Rent payment was adjusted throughout the years based on the performance of the market,... read more

As a 10yr renter across a couple states… Ive had several experiences with both private landlords, corporate properties, and property management companies at all the different places Ive lived. Working with Amy and her property management company has been my most low stress, clear, and easy going rental experience. Amy is prompt in communication, kind, flexible, and professional. She makes a great “landlord” and Im sure even a better option to hire as a property management company. 10/10 !

I had 2 rental properties with Amy for 14 years. I was an out of state landlord and I could always count on Amy to take care of issues as they would come up. She was excellent at finding great tenants for my properties. I don’t believe I had a late rent payment in the whole time she managed my properties. She was also invaluable in the sale of properties when I decided to move my investment. Strengths communication and follow through!! Thanks Amy!
