You can’t get through to a live person. I set up an appointment for 2 showings a week prior. I followed up with Richard the day of and an hour before my appointments he said he wasn’t feeling good and would have to reschedule. Would he have reached out, had I not reached out first?? I understand not feeling well, but some notice or having someone cover your appointments would be professional.
