Great company they r nice I have had no problems with them
I applied for a property in national city I was one of the first person that call and spoke with Eren, I did my application online paid the money. When it came down to see the property the lady was rude unprofessional told me to stand outside and wait , not only that but she scheduled several other people to view property at the same time so uncomfortable and wrong it was like a open house! Security deposits are the norm to holding a rental place until move-in date, signing of lease, and taking possession. The fact that you’re not able to hold a place with a security deposit raises concern and after reading your reviews and all of the security deposit refund issues I’m so happy we decided on not moving forward with the absurd request. People keep looking!! There are far better places and property management companies. Their portfolio kind of speaks for itself, too.
