Called in early July for a toilet issue. Service tech arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue and said we'd be contacted with an estimate. It is now 3 weeks later and we haven't received anything from them. I've called twice and left messages but no one has responded. If they don't want the work, it would be courtesy to return my call and respond. No recommendation from me.

I've used this company several times in past, always have provided great service and great work. Recently had question about extended labor charge on invoice, so placed a call in which owner called the next day. I wanted to explain my perspective that the job actually completed by the tech should arguable not be extended labor, as extent of labor was cutting 10x10" hole in ceiling and replacing J channel. Owner interrupted my recall of events, acted shocked I was even calling about this, had no interest in letting me finish.... read more
