I’ve been going to Integrity Skin for treatments, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Claire, the owner, is incredibly caring, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does. Every time I visit, I feel like I’m in great hands. The fact that she operates from her home creates such a warm, relaxed, and comfortable environment. I had a great experience with Clair and her team at Integrity Paramedical Skin Practitioners. They were absolutely lovely to deal with throughout my procedure, taking the time for a thorough consultation where all of my questions were answered, and I felt completely comfortable and informed about the process. I came to Integrity to remove a few skin tags from my chest. Jesse was very helpful when I called, and he answered all my questions and was knowledgeable of the procedure. During the appointment, my mind was put to ease when Claire explained the whole process and price. I never felt pressure to proceed. After the procedure, she explained in depth what would happen and the aftercare needed. I was super impressed with the results. I clearly explained the condition I had over the phone. I asked for an approximate cost but no, I had to come in for a 'consultation' costing $85 . I repeated that a quick look if I came in and in less than 30 seconds a quote could be given . This was refused...had to have a full 'consultation'. This place seems like a complete rip off. The owner is keen to extract as much money as possible from people. She doesn't care...just wants the cash obviously. Greedy comes to mind.
