People should NOT trust this company with renting your property! I went to look at an absolute jewel of a home. It was very shabbily repaired with cabinet doors leaning sideways with so many layers of paint that they could not be closed. The new paint all over the home was smeared over fixtures and appliances and never touched up, Lots of missed spots that were clear that I single coat was hastily done. This house deserved better. If you read the reviews here, you will see a lot of people who were angry with a company that refuses to communicate, or do their job. And Responses from Integrity painting themselves as in the right and not responsible for any complaints made against them... After 3 years living on property managed by them, I can safely say that you would be hard pressed to find a worse slum lord in Oklahoma. -Our building did not receive regular maintenance for the 3 years I lived here. -Any maintenance requests made were largely ignored,... read more
